Funding from Govt, with support from USCDC, UKDfID, Belgian Gov., WHO/IUATLD.
HIV adult prevalence >20% (8-36%), PLHA >4m. An initial proposal ($116m) including this project as component 2 was evaluated in round one. The project aims to reduce Tuberculosis/HIV through coordination and acceleration of Govt plan for Tuberculosis/HIV/Sexually Transmitted Infections. It includes Voluntary Counselling and Testing as entry point, management of HIV-related illness and Tuberculosis and increase delivery of comprehensive prevention, care and support at district level.
